My goal is to provide a safe environment where you can process your experience, feel supported, and begin moving forward — at your own pace.

Individual Coaching
A private, one-on-one space designed to help you process grief at your own pace.
Through guided conversation, reflection, and faith-based encouragement, you’ll receive support as you navigate your emotions and begin to move forward.
Couples Coaching

These sessions provide a safe space for couples to communicate openly, rebuild emotional connection, and support one another through difficult seasons.

These sessions create a space for families to communicate, process, and support one another through loss or transition.
